In our continuing efforts to provide you, our guests, with unique and exciting opportunities in the world of paranormal investigation, American Ghost Tours, LLC, parent company of Orlando Ghost Tours, Inc. and Southern Ghosts, is proud to announce that on Halloween Saturday 31st, 2009 we will be conducting another 4-hour group investigation of the historic and haunted Tybee Island Lighthouse and Museum, just outside the beautiful city of Savannah, Georgia.

Beginning at 8:00pm on Halloween, you will have an opportunity to work alongside American Ghost Tours’ expert team of paranormal investigators, boasting over 30 years of combined experience. Explore the legendary lighthouse at Tybee Island, the Head Keeper’s Cottage, the Museum, and several other buildings on this fascinating property…each rich in history and steeped in mystery. During the investigation, you will have the opportunity to use camera equipment, electromagnetic frequency measuring devices or EMF detectors, and digital thermometers, used to measure temperature fluctuations inside a building. In addition, guests will be able to conduct experiments designed to record EVP or electronic voice phenomena. All this and more, inside one of America’s true jewels of the coastal south. And if you are still eager for more late night ghost hunting after the investigation of the Tybee Island Lighthouse, we have just arranged to have additional access to Moon River Brewing Company on Halloween night, immediately after our investigation of the lighthouse! We have received special permission to go inside Moon River for an extended investigation from midnight until 2:30am! American Ghost Tours is the only paranormal investigative company that has been approved to conduct paranormal investigations of Moon River during Halloween weekend. Halloween 2009 Events: May-Stringer Heritage Museum Brookvsille, Florida October 17

American Ghost Tours is constantly searching for new and exciting places to provide our guests with the chance to conduct a paranormal investigation. Our efforts have led us to such amazing places as Savannah, New Orleans, The Myrtles Plantation, Gettysburg, and Eastern State Penitentiary just to name a few. Until recently, we had been conducting tours and investigation at the Belleview Biltmore Hotel in Clearwater, FL. However, once that hotel closed its doors at the end of May for a 3-year renovation period, we were flooded with requests and questions as to when we were going to set up additional tours and events in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area.

We will be conducting a 4-hour investigation of the beautiful, historic, and quite haunted May-Stringer Heritage Museum, or May-Stringer House, located just to the north of Tampa. From 9:00pm until 1:00am you will have the chance to work with American Ghost Tours’ team of investigators and explore what is considered by many to be one of the West Coast of Florida’s most paranormally active locations.
