Barney, an African Grey Parrot, calls Margaret Sullivan’s three dogs – Harry, Tilly and Bluey – by name. The bird, 10, squawks out orders like “come here” and even offers praise to his favourites such as “good dog”. Mrs Sullivan, 65, who lives in Tredworth, Gloucestershire, with partner Ken Kersey, 62, admitted that Barney has a “very high opinion of himself”.

Mystery as Commercial Jet Pilot Sees ‘Missile or Rocket’ Flying Straight Towards His Aeroplane

The FBI is investigating after a Continental Airlines pilot with military training reported seeing a ‘missile or rocket’ flying straight at his aeroplane.
The pilot spotted the unidentified object flying towards his commuter flight on Friday night at 8.09pm shortly after take-off from Bush Intercontinental Airport in Texas.
It barely missed the passenger jet, passing just 100 feet below it. It is not known how many were people on board the regional Continental Express flight to Greenville in South Carolina. Read more …
