SYNOPSIS
The movie centers on two brothers who come upon a rarely used shortcut in their new town — and soon discover the reasons why it’s so rarely used.
A shortcut through the woods saved a lot of time getting to school, but no kids growing up in a suburban neighborhood dared to take it. The trail ran within sight of a scary house with an eerie old man who would accost its travelers with an ominous message to stay away. 
Town legend said he was involved in the disappearances of some kids long ago. Now that some of those same kids are in their late teens, they decide to find out the truth about the old man after they learn hes still at his game.

Review: It has been two long years since I’ve seen Oren Peli’s Paranormal Activity, a micro-budget horror film that we were lucky enough to see before anyone else. Weeks after watching the film in my apartment, the Los Angeles Screamfest Horror Film Festival premiered the haunted house flick to 300 unsuspecting theatergoers. While I wasn’t blown away, everyone I talked to who saw it in that theater was. In fact, we ran BC’s review of the film after he convinced me the ONLY was to see it was in a packed house with a kickass audio system. I felt the film deserved as much, so I waited…and waited.
Two years later, I have finally seen Paranormal Activity proper. I cannot believe Paramount has yet to put this in theaters. What awaits you dear readers is a terrifying, chilling, remarkable independent film that can be described as an evil cross-breed of The Blair Witch Project and the horrifying (at least the first half) The Entity. Plot: Two astronauts awaken in a hyper-sleep chamber aboard a seemingly abandoned spacecraft. In this movie Survival of the Dead (2009) is the most successful in making of grate zombies alive in action on the movie. It was based on a island where the dead mans becomes alive and the persons who wish to make living on this island found so much of difficulties to face with these fear of zombies and dead man’s are keep coming back for ravage and their blood taste for humans.
Survival of the Dead (2009) is full of action with flesh-eaters and in this movie it was not on the biggest challenge to keep the zombie away there was so much of other refugees and survivors to regroup as a team and all of their task is to start a new life. But in order to do that they must stop this dead man’s been alive but also in the movie some times it shows when some one they really loves dies they just have a simple hope of seen them as a zombie or becomes alive again. But though they have becomes alive it was not the love ones as they were expected and all of them are zombies to be hunted.
So much of fear and hunt of zombies are very much attractive and it was the adventure and thriller it makes with people who live with a hope of these undead mans can be stop by any day. Video Trailer Species : The Awakeing

We all know that SciFi films are not exactly the top of the bar when it comes to movies, or horror movies for that matter. I am here however to stun you all. As bad as Species 3 was, Species 4 is actually kinda fun. Thats right Species 4: The Awakening actually has some merits.
Great special FX, good acting and even the expected low grade shooting styles have been stepped up. This is an MGM SciFi movie not a LionsGate SciFi movie. You can interpret that however you like.
The premise of the movie is a young woman discovers she’s actually the genetic crossbreed between human and alien. She discovers her loving uncle is in fact the man who made her, and they set off on a cross country trek to Mexico to find out why she is sick.
Species is one of those franchises that has gone down the toilet very steeply as of recently and I am happy to say that although #4 is nowhere near as good as the first film was it is night and day better then Species 3. Its action packed, the FX are nicely done and their is a good enough body count to keep you horror hungry horror fans happy. Read more …
