You can do this entire look for around—or, under—$10 if you use cheap $1 lipstick and eyeshadow, and stick to the acrylic paint (patch test first to make sure you won’t have a reaction!) Use paint brushes (clean ones!) to apply products. You can get the wax in small pots for around $5 or less (my small container of Mehron was $3.99 at a costume shop).
