Halloween 2009 Events: American Ghost Tours Presents Paranormal Investigation Classes!

After many requests from you, our guests, American Ghost Tours is proud to announce that we will be holding a class in paranormal investigation on Saturday October 10th at 7pm at the Orange County Regional History Center in downtown Orlando.

This 4-hour class will be the first of a series of educational classes focusing on paranormal research and ghost hunting.  During the class you will learn proper investigative techniques as well as varying theories pertaining to energy and the role it plays in the paranormal realm.

Spirit photography will also be a primary focal point of the curriculum, as will EVP or electronic voice phenomena.  You will also learn how valuable the usage of modern camera equipment can be during an investigation as well as the effectiveness of older, more conventional camera technology.

In addition, we will also be presenting to you several different slide shows and video clips of past investigations conducted in locations like Moon River Brewing Company in Savannah, the Brookdale Lodge in Northern California, and the Bourbon Orleans Hotel and the Ashley House in New Orleans.

At various times during the evening, you will also receive the opportunity to explore some of the more haunted areas of the History Center.  You will be able to put your newly acquired education in paranormal investigation to good use as you search for answers to some of the ghostly mysteries that abound in one of Central Florida’s most haunted properties.

The class begins promptly at 7pm and lasts until 11pm.  There will be 10 minute breaks every hour for the first 3 hours and snacks and refreshments will be served.

The total price for this American Ghost Tours class on paranormal investigation is just $65 per person.

You also have the option of participating in the class and attending one of two extended investigative events…either the 4-hour investigation of the Greenwood Cemetery in downtown Orlando on October 24th or the 4-hour investigation of the May-Stringer House on October 17th in Brooksville, FL, just north of Tampa.

The Greenwood Cemetery investigation will focus on a broader, more detailed look into Orlando’s original cemetery, dating back to 1880. Over 100 acres in size and teeming with tales of spiritual encounters, the Greenwood provides a fascinating backdrop for any sort of paranormal investigation. The May-Stringer House Investigative event will also be a more intense, thorough investigation of one of Florida’s most beautiful and haunted properties. For American Ghost Tours’ expert team of investigators, this will be the first investigation of this storied home, which dates back to 1855.
