A tornado chaser shows a newbie how to follow tornadoes, but gets too close.

I can’t disagree with that, but it is certainly not a dust devil. Dust devils do not form in storms from what I have read about them, but after watching videos of gustnados this definitely fits the criteria until about 1:06 where it goes more vertical.
